Are there different types or levels of Acquaint CRM Software?

No, everyone gets our top level version of the software; it covers everything a property company could need; Sales, Lettings, Property Management, elements of it can be hidden from view so you only see and use what’s most pertinent to your business.
How much are upgrades and how often do I get them?

Upgrades are FREE and automatically delivered to your desktop! As a client you will enjoy the benefit of unlimited upgrades, with monthly tweaks and usually one major version upgrade every 12 months. This ensures we keep you compliant of legislation, and leading the way with technology and trends.
How long does it take to have Acquaint installed?

There is a minimal amount of paperwork required, but once we have received this and your deposit we can normally install within 24 hours. The actual install is around an hour and handled by our skilled support team.
What specification of equipment do I need?

Acquaint CRM will run any PC with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 32 & 64 Bit. You will need to have Microsoft Word and Outlook installed, for the full technical spec please click here.
How do I access support?

Our UK based dedicated support team are just a call or a click away. We always endeavour to answers calls within 3 rings, no ‘logging a ticket’ or having to read the ‘help’ first, the vast majority of our support calls are resolved within a few minutes of being received.
Is Acquaint cloud based?

The software is loaded on to your desktop, your data can be hosted on your own server/PC in your office or on a Cloud Server in a data centre. In either case remote access for home worker or workers on the move can be setup. We will help you explore all options and deliver the most cost effective and efficient solution for your specific business.
How long is the contract?

We offer a simple rolling monthly contract with no minimum term. We are very confident in our ability to supply, maintain and support our excellent products and services so it is exceptionally rare that we lose a customer, however should your circumstances change you’d only need to give us a months’ notice.
Who owns my data?

You do, and you have access 24/7. We know that some providers will hold the data for you and then charge large sums to release it should you want to leave them. Always check this before you sign with anyone else!
