Able Estates

Able Estates are a thriving agency with two branches in Abbey Wood, London and Erith, Kent.

Due to the close proximity of their branches it was required that properties could be jointly marketed and applicants shared. This was achieved by installing Acquaint CRM and sharing data across branches via the use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) across ASDL (broadband) telecom lines.

Bright Logic also developed a new web site for Able Estates that allows property searching and applicant registration across both branches. The web site also features floor plans, again produced by Bright Logic.

Jackson’s Residential

Jackson’s Residential are an independent estate agent based in Henley Oxfordshire. Prior to installation in 2004, Jackson’s predominantly implemented paper-based and manual systems so it was imperative that their first computer system was easy to use but also flexible enough to cater for migration of existing data and procedures.
